Requirements: Must be 21+ years of age; Must hold or be able to obtain Food Handlers card and Alcohol Awareness card; Work varied shifts, to include nights, weekends and holidays; 2+ years experience as a barback or apprentice bartender, or 6+ months in a fine-dining environment
