About: Applebee’s – Wilmington is looking for full-time or part-time Mixologists/Bartenders to join their team in Wilmington, DE. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of cocktail mixing and alcoholic beverage service; adherence to alcohol service laws and policies; proficiency in POS systems for order processing and payment collection; ability to maintain bar stock and cleanliness; willingness to perform opening, closing, and side work duties
