Position: Mixer Operator
About: Matt & Nat Bakery, located in Signal Hill, CA, is seeking a Mixer Operator to join their team. As a Mixer Operator at Matt & Nat Bakery, you will be responsible for picking, scaling, and mixing raw ingredients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that mixes follow recipes and meet high-quality standards in baking.
Requirements: Previous experience as a mixer or scaler; strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients; strong math and reading skills; ability to work well with others and be a team player; ability to work full time (7am – 4pm); excellent attention to detail; strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 70lbs; must have legal working status in the U.S.; must be able to pass a drug screening
