Position: Miramar #25 Line Cook
About: Flanigan’s is known for its made-from-scratch recipes, superior ingredients, generous portion sizes, and positive, high-energy kitchen vibes. They are currently seeking talented and passionate cooks to join their Back of House (BOH) family and skillfully prepare the well-loved dishes at Flanigan’s.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to stand/walk 100% of the shift, reach, bend, and stoop; proficiency in English language for reading recipes, food labels, and POS ticket orders; effective communication skills and ability to work with kitchen machinery and tools safely; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift, working in high-temperature environments, and assisting with dishwashing and cleaning tasks; completion and certification in a food safety program as required by Flanigan’s and Florida regulations.
