Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; computer skills and Micros knowledge a plus; excellent organizational and time management skills; able to efficiently problem-solve guests’ requests in a professional and timely manner; excellent presentation and grooming standards; detail-oriented with a passion for providing an elevated experience for guests; able to withstand various physical activities throughout the workday
