Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality management or equivalent; minimum 3 years of experience as a Hotel General Manager; strong leadership and management skills; knowledge of unionized environments; extensive experience in the leisure, hotel, and service sectors; pre-opening or rebranding experience preferred; savvy Chicago market knowledge advantageous; hands-on GM experience; willingness to work weekends, holidays, and nights; strong commercial acumen and budget management skills
