Position: Military Field Consultant – Senior
About: ASM Research is seeking a dedicated individual to travel throughout their state and/or region to support events that increase awareness of military community services. The role involves collaborating with family support resources, identifying service gaps, and forming relationships with community service providers and military services. The position also entails providing information and referrals to service members and families, attending community events, and facilitating collaboration between military and civilian agencies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 4 years relevant experience; minimum 10 years of experience with at least 6 years in prior military experience or relevant knowledge plus an additional 4 years in Military Service Programs and marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or similar networking-intensive work; strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and military lifestyle; ability to tailor communications to multiple audiences/entities; excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills; willingness to travel up to 80% within assigned geographical area; experience with project administration, meeting deadlines, customer service quality, and/or help desk; prior experience in marketing, recruiting, counseling, and/or academic instruction a plus
