Position: Military Field Consultant – Senior
About: ASM Research is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Military Community Services Support Specialist. The role involves traveling within the state and region to enhance awareness of military community services, collaborating with existing resources, and providing support to Service members and families. The ideal candidate will contribute to filling service gaps, establish relationships with community providers, and facilitate collaboration between military and civilian agencies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; minimum 10 years of experience with a combination of 6 years in prior military experience or relevant knowledge and 4 years in Military Service Programs and related fields; strong customer service skills; knowledge of call center operations and the military lifestyle; ability to tailor communications to various audiences; excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills; willingness to travel up to 80%; experience with project administration and meeting deadlines; proficiency in customer service quality and help desk operations; strong organization and time management skills; prior experience in marketing, recruiting, counseling, or academic instruction a plus
