Position: Military Field Consultant – Senior
About: ASM Research is seeking a dedicated professional to travel within their state and/or region in support of military community services events. The role involves collaborating with existing resources, identifying service gaps, and building relationships with various community stakeholders and military representatives to provide information, referrals, and support to Service members and families. Additionally, the position entails attending community events, addressing service gaps, facilitating collaboration between military and civilian agencies, conducting briefings and training sessions, and maintaining an online repository of state-specific information on family programs and support resources.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 4 years relevant experience; minimum 10 years of experience including at least 6 years of prior military experience or relevant knowledge plus an additional 4 years in Military Service Programs and marketing, sales, recruiting, education, or similar fields; strong customer service skills, knowledge of call center operations, and the military lifestyle; ability to tailor communications to multiple audiences; excellent analytical, organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills; willingness to travel up to 80%; experience with project administration, meeting deadlines, and customer service quality; prior experience in marketing, recruiting, counseling, or academic instruction a plus
