Position: Microsoft Exchange Server Specialist

Requirements: High school diploma and five (5) years of information technology (IT) relevant experience including two-three (2-3) years Active Directory and Exchange experience; U.S. citizen with a DoD Secret security clearance or higher; Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019, Windows 10, Microsoft Active Directory, and TCP/IP Protocols; MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification in Productivity or Messaging preferred; Demonstrated experience in using, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows computer platforms in an Active Directory environment; Highly developed customer service ethic, coupled with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experience; Experience managing compliance with license agreements; Experience controlling and monitoring user access to the system; Experience monitoring and optimizing the performance of the Microsoft Exchange system; Possess a high degree of tact, diplomacy, and professionalism when dealing with all types of clientele; Certified in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level II (IAT II)
