About: Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in upholding ARP’s quality standards, values, and culture, ensuring a superior guest experience and a safe work environment at all times. This position involves providing leadership, managing staff, and overseeing the operational and financial aspects of the restaurant.
Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years restaurant management experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant; demonstrated track record of strong leadership and ability to lead high-performing teams; ability to achieve positive financial results at the restaurant level; high-level organizational skills with multitask capabilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; dependable, reliable, and highly motivated
