About: Emota, an award-winning global events agency part of Inizio Engage XD, is seeking a Meetings and Events Project Executive (Co-ordinator) for a remote-based role on the East coast of the USA or in the office in Philadelphia. The role involves organizing and coordinating logistics for various meetings and events, including attendee management, on-site support, and client liaison to deliver exceptional delegate experiences.
