Position: Meeting Planning & Hospitality Specialist – Internal Events

About: William Blair, a premier global boutique providing trusted advice for nine decades, is seeking a Meeting Planning & Hospitality Specialist for internal events. The specialist will be responsible for planning and coordinating mid-to-large scale meetings and events within the William Blair Conference Center located at 150 N. Riverside, working closely with various teams to ensure successful events and client satisfaction.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or Hospitality Management focus preferred; 3-5 years of hospitality and/or meeting planning experience required; strong communication skills; problem-solving abilities; organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities; commitment to customer satisfaction; detail-oriented; proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Cvent or similar meeting planning tools; flexibility with event hours; on-site work required 5 days a week.
