Position: Meeting & Events Planner
About: Restaurant Associates, a leading provider of dining and event catering for prestigious museums, arts centers, and corporations, is seeking a Meeting & Events Planner to join their team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing various activities and special events.
Requirements: Experience in corporate, conference center, or hotel events; ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings; effective negotiating skills with vendors; excellent communication and organizational skills; strong computer skills; knowledge of EMS is a plus; commitment to confidentiality and excellence; experience in post-implementation discussions with clients
