Position: Meeting Event Coordinator-PT
About: Our Business Events Solutions group is seeking Meeting Event Coordinators (Temporary – Part Time) for a major summer initiative with a large financial client. This role involves managing the coordination and execution of travel programs for the client over the 2025 Spring/Summer, working closely with the client to meet program objectives. The position is hybrid, primarily based in Fenton, MO, with consideration for virtual candidates outside the St. Louis region.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service; 1-3 years experience in event planning or a related role preferred; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and ability to learn new tech tools; experience maintaining budgets and developing client relationships
