Position: Meeting Event Coordinator-PT
About: The Business Events Solutions group is seeking Meeting Event Coordinators (Temporary – Part Time) for a major summer initiative with a large financial client. The role involves managing travel programs and ensuring program objectives are met. The position is based in Fenton, MO, with virtual options for candidates outside the St. Louis region.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, event management, or customer service; 1-3 years of experience in event planning or a related role preferred; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; proficiency in MS Word and Excel; experience maintaining budgets and developing client relationships
