Position: Meeting Coordinator

About: The Meeting Coordinator provides direct support to the AMI Meeting Planners, assisting them from the start to the close out of meetings. Responsibilities include building registration websites, creating printed materials, managing expenses, exhibitor and sponsorship sales, and providing general client services as required per meeting.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; at least one year of experience in building and maintaining websites; detail-oriented; excellent interpersonal skills
