Position: Meeting and Events Coordinator, Experienced

Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support, project management, or event coordination; strong calendar-management experience; strong administrative, time management, and problem-solving skills including attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and manage time within a shifting workflow; excellent interpersonal skills; experience with MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); ability to move 10-25 lbs; writing/editing experience preferred; knowledge of Qualtrics, Monday.com, WebEx, and Microsoft Teams platforms preferred
