Position: Meeting and Events Coordinator, Experienced
About: Blue Shield of California’s Enterprise Meetings and Events team creates uniquely human, honest and courageous experiences, designed to inform and inspire the workforce at critical points throughout the year. The Meetings and Events Coordinator will report to the Manager, Meetings and Events but supports the entire Enterprise Meetings & Events department, focusing on event coordination and serving as the glue for the team.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in event coordination or related field preferred; strong communication, organizational, and time management skills; proven ability to balance multiple projects; proficiency in Excel and project management tools
