Position: Meeting and Events Coordinator

In Customer Strategy & Applied Design, they focus on elevating the Human Experience by designing innovative services and human experiences through various research and segmentation techniques.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future; Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance required; 3 years’ experience planning and executing large meetings; Strong written and verbal communication/interpersonal skills; Strong critical thinking, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills; Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills; Work performed in Honolulu, Hawaii; Experience in event planning and execution, event strategy, and meeting coordination; Experience in event management with other government agencies, preferably with interagency and international mission partners
