Position: Meeting and Event Coordinator
About: JLL, a global provider of real estate and investment management services, is seeking an Experience Services Meeting and Event Coordinator to join their team in Chesterfield, MO. The coordinator will assist in planning and executing both internal and external events, ensuring exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or proven experience as an event planner or organizer; 1-3 years of experience in event planning, project management, hospitality, or related field; excellent time management and verbal/written communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency; exceptional customer service skills; ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization; willingness and ability to travel as needed; experience in budget planning; proven leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook); SAP experience preferred
