Position: Medical Support Specialist RN
About: BioLife Plasma Services, a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd, is seeking a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to join their team at the Plasma Donation Center in Orlando, FL. The role involves supporting plasma center operations under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician, ensuring donor eligibility, managing adverse events, and maintaining a high standard of safety and quality in plasma collection.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; currently licensed or certified as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA); current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification; fulfill state requirements for basic IV therapy; satisfactorily complete FDA approved training for BioLife Medical Support Specialist; minimum of two years experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
