Position: Medical Screener – Reception Technician (Customer Service)
About: CSL Plasma, one of the world’s largest collectors of human plasma, is seeking a Donor Services Technician to join their team. The role involves greeting donors at the plasma collection center, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process. This position reports to the Assistant Center Manager.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience; will perform basic math calculations
