Position: Medical Receptionist – Full Time
About: Smith Therapy Partners has been the premier provider for outpatient orthopedics serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and surrounding communities for over 20 years. We are known for providing the highest quality care for our patients and our team of highly skilled physical therapists who are honored and delighted to help patients reach their goals. Currently, we are looking for a full-time Medical Receptionist for our Charleston Blvd location in Las Vegas. Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Requirements: Education: High School diploma or equivalent (Must be 18+); Experience: Practice Management System knowledge, patient scheduling capabilities, and insurance plan understanding; Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office; Raintree PMS experience is a plus; Possess strong relationship building and customer service skills; Ability to maintain confidential documents; Ability to demonstrate active listening by asking clarifying questions, identify and share relevant information and solicit feedback from others and give and receive feedback objectively; Possess strong team player attributes; Ability to multitask responsibilities while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere with the patients nearby
