Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of experience in a medical office; fluent in Mandarin; strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills; ability to establish effective relationships with patients and staff; detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
