Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); One year’s experience as a receptionist in a clinic is preferred; Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at a level 9; Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions; Ability to professionally interact with patients, Providers, and staff; Ability to deliver outstanding customer service; Basic knowledge of medical terminology & healthcare billing insurance is desired; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
