Position: Medical Receptionist
About: SwedishAmerican Immediate Care, a healthcare facility located in northern Illinois, is seeking candidates for the position of Office/Clerical Support at MSO IMMEDIATE CARE. This position is on a registry basis with variable shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous receptionist or word processing experience preferred; must be able to type accurately with a preferred typing speed of 35 wpm; excellent verbal, written, organizational, and critical decision-making skills required; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders; proficiency in operating general office equipment and computer use
