Position: Medical Receptionist

Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role in a healthcare setting; Experience as a Medical Receptionist or Medical Call Center preferred; Prior EMR/EHR experience – EPIC preferred; Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance procedures, and electronic health records; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients; Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to efficiently manage a busy front desk; Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications; Attention to detail and accuracy in patient data entry and scheduling; High school diploma or equivalent
