Position: Medical Receptionist

The Care Navigator role at ArchWell Health is pivotal in ensuring a positive and seamless member experience from arrival to departure, meeting their care needs effectively.
Requirements: Associates degree preferred, or equivalent experience; minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting or similar; experience working with EMR systems a plus; excellent customer service skills with a positive demeanor; strong passion for providing quality care to senior members; ability to work effectively with diverse populations; working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and electronic medical record systems; high level of organization and attention to detail; strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to maintain professionalism and flexibility; fluency in Spanish, or other relevant languages as needed
