Position: Medical Receptionist
About: Sweetgrass Pediatrics is seeking a Medical Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for patients. This role involves various responsibilities, including check-in/out procedures, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and maintaining patient accounts in compliance with regulations and practice procedures.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior medical experience preferred; knowledge/experience in insurance verification and patient accounts preferred; working knowledge of computer applications, EMR experience preferred; effective communication skills; proficiency in telephone etiquette; ability to work independently and manage tasks with attention to detail
