Position: Medical Receptionist
About: Trinity Health – IHA is seeking a Medical Receptionist to act as the primary point of contact for external customers in the office and on the phone, facilitating efficient patient flow and ensuring seamless service within the medical practice. The role may involve specialized responsibilities such as serving Refugee Patient Populations or working on digital campaigns.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; course work in insurance/billing or medical practice education preferred; 1-2 years of experience in a medical or physician office or customer service environment preferred; understanding of insurance verification; excellent communication skills; proficient in patient care procedures and office systems; service-oriented and courteous; ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information; good organizational and time management skills; valid driver’s license for traveling between office sites; completion of IHA competency-based program within introductory period
