Requirements: Experience working in a medical office (e.g. medical office administrative assistant, medical assistant certification); Previous workers’ compensation experience preferred; Previous HMO and PPO insurance verification experience; Working knowledge of EMR systems preferred; Exceptional customer service skills; Outgoing and energetic personality; Excellent phone etiquette; Highly effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; Dedicated to providing excellent service to all patients; Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask; Exercised patience in a high-volume, high-stress environment; Great team player; Type at least 40 wpm; Bilingual in Spanish
