Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Healthcare Administration, Certification in Spa Management, or equivalent experience in a related field; ability to work cooperatively with other departments and leaders; proven experience in spa management, preferably in a medical spa setting; strong leadership and team management capabilities; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; effective communication skills, both verbal and written; capable of adjusting to shifting priorities and thriving in a fast-paced setting.
