Position: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements: High school or Trade School graduate with 10 years of experience in all phases of mechanical maintenance, including 5 years in a supervisory role. Preferred experience: Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 15 years of supervisory experience with various trade groups. Strong computer skills, organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, knowledge of facilities operations, budgeting, personnel management, and building automation systems required.
