Requirements: Completion of H-E-B’s or JVSS’s Management Training Program; operational/retail management experience; leadership experience in a complex environment; thorough understanding of retail accounting; experience in ordering, inventory maintenance, and shrink control; strong interpersonal and leadership skills; flexibility to work night shifts
