Position: Meat Cutter Stock Yards Birmingham, AL
About: This role is for a meat cutting position in a production environment. The incumbent will be responsible for trimming and customizing portions of meat products, stacking portions per specifications, labeling products, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the cutting room.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; minimum 1 year experience as a meat cutter; skilled in specialty meat cutting using knives; ability to work in a fast-paced production environment; knowledge of poultry, beef, lamb, and pork products; ability to work in a refrigerated environment
