Position: MDS Coordinator (RN)
About: Mirabella ASU is a retirement community in Tempe, home to over 370 residents with access to a variety of amenities and care services, including a skilled unit and memory care unit. The facility offers highly personalized care in 21 Private Suites/Bathrooms with a newly constructed environment. The team operates with low patient ratios, providing a supportive environment and great leadership.
Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school, or university; Strong Assessment & Care Planning skills; 2-3 years of previous MDS experience; Understanding of state, federal, and local regulations related to long-term care and skilled nursing requirements
