Position: MDS Coordinator (RN)

Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school, or university; strong Assessment and Care Planning skills; 2-3 years of previous MDS experience; understanding of state, federal, and local regulations in long-term care and skilled nursing requirements
