Position: MDS Coordinator RN

Qualifications: Current Nursing license in Massachusetts (RN), Previous experience with geriatric patients is essential, Thorough knowledge of RAI process as it pertains to OBRA and Medicare regulations, Strong organizational ability, Strong written and oral communication skills, Strong computer skills, Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN, BSN) preferable, Prior MDS Coordinator experience with PDPM, Minimum 3 years clinical experience in a long-term care setting, Demonstrated clinical assessment skills, Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and coverage guidelines as related to skilled nursing, Primary series of the COVID vaccination is required (or new bivalent vaccine or medical exemption).
