Position: MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)
About: Life Care is currently seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to join our post-acute care facility team. The coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely completion of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans, following CMS RAI Manual Regulations and Life Care standards.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing; currently licensed/registered RN; 2 years of nursing experience; CRN C Certification; CPR certification; advanced knowledge in the field of practice
