Position: MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)
About: Life Care operates a post-acute care facility and is currently seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations and Life Care standards.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing; currently licensed/registered as an RN; 2 years of nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred; CRN C Certification; CPR certification; advanced knowledge in the field of practice; ability to make independent decisions; familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines; proficiency in patient rights, safety, and sanitation; strong interpersonal skills; adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct
