Position: MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)
About: The company is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator for a post-acute care facility. The RN MDS Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans according to CMS RAI Manual Regulations and company standards.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university; currently licensed/registered in applicable State and maintain an active RN license; two (2) years of nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred; CRN C Certification (clinical compliance); CPR certification required; advanced knowledge in the field of practice; ability to make independent decisions; proficient in patient rights, safety, and sanitation; maintain professional working relationships; adhere to company policies and procedures; display integrity and professionalism; complete mandatory compliance training
