Position: MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)
About: Life Care is currently seeking an RN MDS Coordinator for our post-acute care facility. The coordinator will be responsible for accurate and timely interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans in compliance with CMS RAI Manual Regulations and Life Care standards.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university; currently licensed/registered as an RN in applicable State; two (2) years of nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred; CRN C Certification; CPR certification; advanced knowledge in field of practice
