Position: MDS Coordinator (Registered Nurse/RN)
About: Life Care Center, a post-acute care facility, is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to join their team in ensuring accurate and timely completion of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, CAAs, and Care Plans in compliance with CMS regulations and Life Care standards.
Requirements: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing; currently licensed/registered RN; 2 years of nursing experience, with geriatric nursing experience preferred; CRN C Certification; CPR certification; advanced knowledge in field of practice
