Position: MDS Coordinator – Registered Nurse – Avamere Riverpark of Eugene
About: Avamere Riverpark of Eugene, a healthcare facility located at 425 Alexander Loop in Eugene, Oregon, is seeking an attentive and diligent MDS Coordinator – RN to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role involves developing patient care plans, reviewing medical treatments, and ensuring alignment with resident care plans and preferences.
Requirements: Nursing degree from an accredited college or university; current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in the state; 1+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting; training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices; knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines; experience with electronic medical records and computer documentation systems; passion for caregiving and senior resident community service; fluent English communication skills; active CPR/BLS Certification
