Position: MDS Coordinator
About: Stone Oak Care Center is seeking an experienced RN MDS Coordinator to join their skilled nursing facility team. This role involves overseeing the MDS assessment and reimbursement process to ensure exceptional care, financial excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements: RN with MDS experience; Active Texas RN license (or valid Compact State RN license); Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and case management reimbursement system; Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) as an MDS Nurse preferred; Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to RAI and reimbursement; Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and communication skills
