Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED; Experience: At least one year in a medical office strongly preferred; Knowledge/Skills: Strong patient-centered focus, effective communication, ability to work in a clinical team, establish effective relationships, organize priorities, problem-solving, greet patients and answer calls professionally, accurately input data into medical systems, balance charges and payments.
