Requirements: 2-5 years experience in a high-volume kitchen, ability to work early morning shifts, skilled in using cutlery and kitchen equipment, knowledge of various cooking techniques, ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs, detail-oriented with multitasking skills, familiarity with cuts of beef, pork, lamb, and fish, fluent in English
