Position: Maternity Care Support Specialist
About: Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is seeking a Maternity Care Support Representative to be the initial point of contact for members and their families via phone calls and emails. The role involves ensuring accurate member information and providing exceptional customer service throughout the post-partum period. This position also includes varied administrative tasks in support of CHM’s maternity team, aligning with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
Requirements: HS diploma or equivalent; ability to operate a PC and work with information systems/applications; familiarity with Microsoft Office programs; experience with routine office equipment; medical background preferred; knowledge of Maternity Global Fee/Stork Package preferred; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and active listening abilities; willingness to perform job duties as assigned by management; prolonged periods of desk sitting
