About: BBBS of Northeast Indiana is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join their team. The organization focuses on creating impactful relationships and experiences for children and volunteers through their various match events and community partnerships.
Requirements: Commitment to the mission of BBBS of Northeast Indiana; ability to relate well to people; excellent verbal and written communication, emotional maturity, good judgment, integrity, flexibility, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm; exceptional attention to detail; professional attitude, manner, motivated and a self-starter; able to work 10 to 25 hours a week based on a flexible evening schedule; availability on weekday evenings and weekends; valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and reliable transportation; ability to present programs to schools, groups, and individuals; commitment to advocating BBBSNEI’s core values
